What Is Mental Health Treatment Court?
Mental Health Treatment Court helps eligible individuals address mental health needs that may be contributing to their involvement with the criminal justice system.

Bartholomew County has operated a Mental Health Treatment Court for criminal cases through Superior Court I, while a separate Assisted Outpatient Treatment Court was announced in 2025 for civil cases through Superior Court II.
