Rethinking Pain: A Simplified Approach to Understanding and Managing Pain

In this free, evidence-based workshop, you’ll gain tools to better understand your pain, learn how to reduce it without medication, and improve overall wellness. In just 60 minutes, participants will:

  • Learn a new definition of pain in the context of individual and group culture

  • Explore the physical and mental contributions to pain

  • Develop a personal plan to navigate life’s painful moments

Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR): Ask a Question, Save a Life

Join us for an evidence-based suicide prevention workshop designed to empower individuals with the tools to help save lives. In this free QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training, you’ll learn how to:

  • Recognize warning signs and suicidal communication

  • Gain confidence in asking someone if they’re thinking about suicide

  • Take simple steps to increase a person’s safety

  • Apply prevention strategies at an individual level

  • Connect with local mental health resources

Whether you're a friend, family member, or community member, you can make a difference. All are welcome.
