Rethinking Pain: A Simplified Approach to Understanding and Managing Pain
In this free, evidence-based workshop, you’ll gain tools to better understand your pain, learn how to reduce it without medication, and improve overall wellness. In just 60 minutes, participants will:
Learn a new definition of pain in the context of individual and group culture
Explore the physical and mental contributions to pain
Develop a personal plan to navigate life’s painful moments
