Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR): Ask a Question, Save a Life
Join us for an evidence-based suicide prevention workshop designed to empower individuals with the tools to help save lives. In this free QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training, you’ll learn how to:
Recognize warning signs and suicidal communication
Gain confidence in asking someone if they’re thinking about suicide
Take simple steps to increase a person’s safety
Apply prevention strategies at an individual level
Connect with local mental health resources
Whether you're a friend, family member, or community member, you can make a difference. All are welcome.
