Learn How to Save a Life

Help us prevent overdose deaths in our community.

When a person experiences an opioid overdose, their central nervous system, respiration system and breathing can slow down or stop. Naloxone (Narcan™) medication blocks these effects and reverses the effects of an overdose. ASAP has partnered with Overdose Lifeline to bring this life saving resource to the region. ASAP facilitators have been certified through them to deliver this important 30-to-60-minute workshop to anyone who has a need to better understand how and when to safely administer it.
