Day 1 (July 7): Managing the Stress Cycle workshop - A 60-minute introduction to learn about the stress cycle and ways to manage it.
Day 2 (July 15): Building Mindfulness and Resiliency Part 1 - A deep dive into the source of stressors and developing strategies to address them.
Day 3 (July 22): Building Mindfulness and Resiliency Part 2 - Create strategies and tools to sustain longer term impact aimed at reducing stressors and creating a higher level of mindfulness and wellness.
