Consult a doctor first if any of the following apply:

❌ You have ever experienced uncontrollable shaking, hallucinations, extreme hypertension, or nausea when abstaining

❌ You have co-occuring health issues such as liver disease, seizure disorders, and other conditions

Dry July is hosted by ASAP Bartholomew County and Skye Nicholson of Wellbeing Workshops Co.—two organizations committed to health, healing, and community well-being. Together, we're making it easier to talk about alcohol, build better habits, and support each other through change.
