ASAP Brings Wellness into Focus at the 2025 Women’s Expo

At the 2025 Women’s Expo at NexusPark in Columbus, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of meaningful connection. From health and wellness to career resources and creative local vendors, the event brought together hundreds of women to learn, connect, and celebrate one another.

ASAP was proud to be among the exhibitors sharing knowledge and tools to support women’s wellbeing. Representing our team were Cynthia Ruiz and Skye Nicholson of Soul’s Truth Coaching, who engaged attendees in rich conversation about whole-person wellness and shared our free resources, including a guide to the "8 Dimensions of Wellness" and a wellness reflection wheel.

Our table offered a pause—a space to reflect on what wellness really means. Emotional regulation, spiritual grounding, financial literacy, and building social support systems all had a place in the conversation.

Photos from the event show a steady crowd at the ASAP booth, where women took time to read through wellness materials, fill out their wheels, and talk through their personal goals with our team. Many attendees walked away with tangible ideas for activating their wellness—starting with just one action they could take today.

With departments from Columbus Regional Health on-site—ranging from the Birthing Center and Heart & Vascular to Stroke Awareness and WellConnect—the expo served as a living map of resources for women at every stage of life.

We’re grateful to the organizers, our fellow exhibitors, and most of all, the incredible women who stopped by to connect with us. It’s clear—wellness is personal and so much more than physical health. Learn more and start your own wellness journey today!
